The Main Idea
In the Bible, mountains represent the place where heaven and earth meet. But to remain on the mountain requires trust in God’s wisdom, and humanity repeatedly fails. So God responds by sending his mountain presence to us in the person of Jesus, who becomes the way back to the presence of God.
