Our streaming apps—Roku, Apple TV, and Amazon Firestick—are currently unavailable for streaming, due to changes to YouTube's free video hosting service.


In the meantime, we encourage you to try casting our videos from a smartphone or computer to your TV by enabling screen mirroring on your streaming device.


However, we are very close to making videos available on our streaming services through an independent self-hosting system—it will be back within the next few months. Stay tuned!

Download your responses and notes for a class by visiting Classroom, clicking on the top-right menu (with 3 horizontal lines), clicking My Profile, then clicking on the 3 horizontal dots for the corresponding class and selecting "See My Notes."


If it's a class that's still in progress, find the "See My Notes" link under the corresponding class' progress bar. You'll be able to download the document as a PDF or an editable DOCX.

To receive 100% in a class, each part of the class, including the reflection questions, must be completed. Reflection responses can be kept private if you would not like others to see your answer. After clicking "Save Post," make sure to select "Keep Comment Private."


To quickly check for not-yet-complete sections, refer to a class' left-side sidebar. You can access it by clicking on the top-left double arrows (>>). Then, keep an eye out for any sections with a half-filled circle.

Move my class to the “Completed” section
To be marked as completed, a class must be at least 90% complete. Often, that means finishing at least some, if not all, of the reflection questions that follow video sessions. The percentage displayed in-class is rounded up, so even if a class displays 90% complete, our system might actually see 89.6%. Try answering more reflection questions to increase the completion percentage to 91% and then refresh your My Profile page.

Restart a class
There are a couple options for going through a class again.


Classes can be reset via a button, although it will clear all of your previous progress, notes, and reflection responses. For in progress classes, you can find the button by clicking on the top-right Classroom menu, selecting "My Profile," and choosing "Restart Class" under the progress bar.


For completed classes, you can click the three horizontal dots for the corresponding class and choose "Restart Class" from the dropdown.


Rather than resetting, you may also revisit a previously completed class at any time and hop around via the left-side navigation menu. Revisiting a class keeps all your notes and previous progress intact. If the left-side menu is hidden, click on the double arrow (>>) on the top left-hand side of the Classroom page to make it appear again. Videos can be rewatched at any time and individual exercises can be reset.

  • Refresh the page.
  • Duplicate or open the page in a new tab.
  • View the page in your browser’s incognito or private browsing mode. Add-ons like ad blockers may sometimes interfere with Classroom’s videos.
  • Open the page on a different browser.
  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date.


If the videos have loaded but aren’t playing, try clicking on the narrow gray video scrubber bar underneath the side-by-side videos and just above the horizontal black bar with the video player controls. Then, press the play button, fast forward, or rewind buttons. Sometimes selecting a timestamp and then using the controls to move the timestamp can force the video to play.


If you're on a mobile device, try visiting the page on a laptop or desktop computer. Some features aren’t optimized for mobile devices.

When you've completed an exercise successfully, a "That's Correct!" heading should appear at the bottom of the page, along with a "Next" button. If a submitted answer wasn’t quite what we were looking for, a yellow hint may appear above the original question.

Stuck on Interactive Scripture
Select all the asked-for words or phrases. The Scripture should appear on the right-hand side or on a bottom grey-colored pop-out. The Scripture can be scrolled down to reveal more verses. On mobile devices, you may also press the "Start" button to begin.


Some questions may ask for you to "highlight," but please tap or click the screen instead of click-and-hold or click-and-drag. A grey highlight will appear on the selected word if incorrect while a colorful highlight indicates a correct selection.


After enough clicks or taps, an option to reveal all the highlights will also appear.

“Next” button doesn’t appear
