  • Try restarting your device or using a different device. For example, if you tried giving on your phone, check to see if donating via a computer works instead.

If these steps don't work, our Support and Web teams will need more information to help troubleshoot the issue. If possible, could you please reach out to our Support Team via the Contact Us form with the following information?

  • First, visit the website, whatismybrowser.com.
  • Click the button labeled, "Copy URL to clipboard."
  • Next, select "Donation Inquiry" from the Contact Us form.
