Please note: Per these organizations' guidelines, we are unable to send patron perks, such as the coffee table book, to those who give through these organizations.

If you have already created an account on our website, please visit your Account page by logging into your account with the email you used to set up your donation.
Don't have an account yet? Create an account HERE, and be mindful to use the same email as you did for your donations.
Don't see all your donations? This means you have donated from another e-mail address, or multiple e-mail addresses, and we need to associate your donations under this one account.
Go to your account page HERE and scroll down to the donation section, then click on "add another email" to add up to 2 additional emails associated with your donations.
Still don't see it? It can take some time for donations from the last two years to sync with account changes. You should be able to generate a report HERE no later than 24 hours after upodates.
Simply click 2017: $Total to generate the report for tax purposes.
You can cancel your recurring donation by logging into your website account with the email that was used when setting up your donation.
If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the blue "Forgot Password?" link on the log-in page in order to request a password reset.
After you've logged in, scroll down the account page to the "Active Donations" section. Clicking on the "i" icon to the very left of your donation details will open up a menu with the option to "Delete this donation subscription."
If you've set up your monthly donation through PayPal, you will need to cancel it through your PayPal account.
You can do this by following these steps:
If you haven’t already, the first step is to sign up with the email address connected to your donation by creating an account. From there, you will need to navigate to the account tab in your portal, click the info icon next to the subscription you would like to modify, or cancel.
You can login to your account, or you can create an account if you have not created an account before. Once you have signed in to your portal, click on the account tab on the top left. From there, you should be able to view your Order and Donation History, assuming you used the same email for these transactions.
If you have an active recurring donation but do not see it listed under your “account” tab in your portal, you may have donated using a different email address. You can add another email at the bottom of your account page to associate those donations with your account.
If you previously subscribed or donated through PayPal, you can manage your subscription and history through the PayPal website. If you’d like to use an easier tracking system, you can cancel your PayPal subscription and donate on our website.
If you paid with check or cash, your donations will not show up in the portal. We are working on a fix for this issue, and we expect this information to be reflected in your account by the end of October 2017.
The videos vary quite a bit in cost, and due to revisions, we often don't know the cost until we're finished. Generally, our simplest videos run between $6,000 and $12,000 per finished minute. With the cost being so high, we've found that the most helpful long-term solution is for patrons to set up a smaller monthly contribution, which then helps with our videos, podcasts, and other resources that we produce regularly. That way, our group of monthly supporters are able to carry the load longer than we could if we needed to find a group or individual to sponsor each project themselves. A note: if the total cost of our videos seems like a lot, consider that an animated children’s television cartoon runs around $1M to complete, minimum.
Yes! We can accept a wide range of currencies. However, please note that donation amounts that are entered on our Give page will be treated as $USD.
To find the $USD equivalent of your desired gift amount, you can use a currency conversion website, such as this one. Once you’ve converted the amount into $USD, you can enter the amount into the "Other Amount" field on the donation form.
At this time, we are not able to designate gifts toward a specific project, and all of our efforts are funded from our general budget.
However, as you give to BibleProject you are helping to fund ongoing production efforts that enable us to make the biblical story accessible around the world!
