A BibleProject MeetUp

Dates: May 15-17, 2025 

Times: Sessions start at 6 pm on May 15 and end at 11 am on May 17. 

Location: Portland, Oregon, at Jupiter NEXT Hotel (900 E. Burnside St) and BibleProject Office (1302 SE Ankeny St.) 

Cost: Hotel accommodations, meals, and event costs are covered by BibleProject.

The Hotel & BibleProject Office

The MeetUp will occur at the wonderful boutique Jupiter NEXT Hotel and BibleProject Offices in Portland, Oregon. The venues are a short .3 miles apart (a 7-minute walk or a 2-minute drive).  


Jupiter NEXT Hotel

900 E. Burnside St., Portland, OR

BibleProject has retained exclusive use of the hotel and will reserve a room on your behalf. We will have some sessions and meals at the hotel.


Hotel Notes: 

  1. We will email you a reservation number 4-6 weeks before the event. 
  2. Check-in is at 4 pm, and Check-out is at 11 am.
  3. If you arrive early, you may have the hotel hold your luggage until your room is ready, OR you may call the hotel directly at 503-253-9200 to see if you may check in early. 
  4. You may ask for a late checkout at 2 pm for an additional $25 fee
  5. When you check in, you will be asked for your credit card for any parking or incidental charges.


BibleProject Office

1302 SE Ankeny St., Portland, OR

We will have some sessions, labs, tours, and meals at the office.

  1. Walking directions: Jupiter NEXT to BibleProject 
  2. Driving directions: Jupiter NEXT to BibleProject
  3. Parking directions: The BibleProject Office is in a residential area with limited street parking. Please allow 10 minutes to find your parking spot and to walk to the office.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Is there Parking at the Hotel?

There is an underground parking lot located 1 block from the hotel ($25/night) and self-parking in a nearby outdoor lot ($15/night). Both are first come/first served.  

Is there a Restaurant or Bar in the Hotel?

The hotel shares a lobby with Hey Love, which is open to guests and the general public.

Airport and Ground Transport


Flying In:

The Portland Airport has recently been gorgeously redesigned and is continuing its remodel.  

  1. If you have time, check out the airport's remarkable local food, shops, and art
  2. When you arrive, We highly recommend taking a ride-share or taxi to the Jupiter NEXT Hotel, about a 15-minute drive from the airport.  
  3. If you prefer, you can follow the signs to the Rental Car Center from baggage claim to rent your car to the hotel.

Driving In:

If you drive to the MeetUp, we recommend parking at the hotel or street. 

  1. Jupiter NEXT Hotel Parking: There is an underground parking lot ($25/night) and self-parking in a nearby outdoor lot ($15/night). Both are first come/first served.  
  2. Street Parking: The area around the hotel and BibleProject office is business and residential. Street parking is limited and may have a fee or specific time limits. We recommend allowing 15 minutes to find a parking spot between the hotel and the BibleProject Office.

Getting in FAQs

How Should i Hail an Uber/Lyft or Taxi?

Follow the signs to the Transportation Area from baggage claim. Pick-up is located on Level 1 of the Short-term parking garage. (map here or  just link of the map?)

How Far is the Rental Car Center From the Airport?

The rental car center is conveniently located within the airport, so you would not need shuttle services. After collecting your luggage, it's approximately a five-minute walk from there. You can also follow airport signs located throughout.

What is the cost to me for this event?

 BibleProject is covering your hotel room, meals, and event costs. You are responsible for your flight, ground transportation, parking, and personal expenses.

Is there a dress code?

There is no explicit dress code; wear what you feel most comfortable in.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

Please contact us asap at if you need to cancel your hotel reservation and/or your attendance at the MeetUp.

I will be arriving early, is that ok?

 Yes - you may call the hotel to see if you can check-in early or leave your luggage with the front desk until it is time to check-in.

What if I arrive past the start time?

Totally fine - If you are able to, please let us know if you will be arriving late and about what time.

Can I bring my child along?

Children 1 year and younger are welcome but we are not able to accommodate children over 1 year.
